Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- Express Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days depending on destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. NAQVI ESSENCE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged in Transit If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
